Parties and Acceptance

These terms are between you, the user of the DUGIYAN app, and its developer, Serhat Aslan. By using the app you accept these terms. You must be over 18 to use the app.

What the App Is

DUGIYAN is a pregnancy companion app offering emotional support and general information to adult expectant parents.

DUGIYAN is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, treatment provider, emergency service or professional healthcare service.

Medical and Emergency Notice

DUGIYAN is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, treatment provider, emergency service or professional healthcare service. It does not replace your doctor, midwife or other healthcare professionals.

If you have bleeding, severe pain, reduced baby movements, a severe headache, changes in vision, swelling, fever, dizziness, fainting or anything that feels urgent or worrying, contact your doctor, healthcare professional or emergency services right away.

AI Content

Replies in the baby chat are generated by AI and do not reflect your baby's real thoughts; they are offered for emotional support and general information. They may be wrong, incomplete or not suited to your situation.

Do not rely on AI content as your only source for personal, pregnancy-related or medical decisions.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You agree to give accurate information, use the app lawfully and not try to access other people's accounts. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Community Rules

Be kind in the birth-month club. Insults, harassment, hate speech, firm advice presented as a substitute for medical care, sharing personal details, advertising and illegal content are not allowed. Posts may be reviewed by a human moderator; content that breaks the rules may be removed and accounts restricted. You can report inappropriate content from within the app.

Premium and Payments

Core features are free. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel the subscription and auto-renewal in your store account settings. Refunds follow the store's policies.

Premium days unlocked with bond points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Intellectual Property

The texts, images, characters and software in the app belong to the developer and may not be copied without permission except for personal, non-commercial use. You keep the rights to what you write; by posting in the community you give us a limited licence to show that content within the service.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for decisions made in reliance on app content, AI replies, service interruptions or incorrect information entered by users. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms and will announce significant changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; as a consumer you keep the right to use the consumer bodies and courts where you live.
